Two Danish-Korean adoptees travel to the country they were born in for the first time. Confronted with the spirit of their birthplace and the stories of fellow adoptees they meet in Seoul, Karoline and Thomas are pulled into an emotionally disorienting journey that forces both of them to face their own identity. A hybrid film built on director Malene Choi's lived experience and conversations she had with adoptees during the shoot.
