We all need to be seen — by family, by friends, but perhaps most of all by the colleagues and the workplace that give shape to our days. Director Carina Randløv takes us, and her reluctant father, on a journey toward and into the end of working life. The film focuses on him and others who didn't get a proper goodbye to their careers, building a stylised universe where the new life as a pensioner is paused so reflection can have its turn.
