Burning Voice

Burning Voice follows Tamara, a Danish-Iraqi woman, mother and activist who, from her life in Denmark, has made fighting honour-based control and violence against women her work. Drawing on her own history with violence and silence, she uses her voice as a weapon for women without rights, while balancing motherhood, family and the personal cost of standing up.
